A number of planning applications have been submitted to Herefordshire Council for properties in Ross-on-Wye.

P231779/F: An application to change the use of a retail store to a tattoo parlour, at 3 Croft Court, not far from the Ross-on-Wye town centre. Comments from the public need to be submitted to Herefordshire Council by August 10.

P231780/A: An application for advertisement consent for a proposed fascia sign for the same property on Croft Court. Comments need to be in by August 10.

P232032/L: A listed building consent has been submitted to Herefordshire Council for WH Smith at 56 Broad Street, in the town centre. The application is requesting permission for: “Proposed repairs to the existing roof, comprising: the removal and re-use of ridge crests; removal and disposal of old battens; installation of roofing felt overlaid with treated battens; strip and re-use of existing slate roof tiles; disposal of damaged roof tiles and replacement to match existing; fixtures of roof slates with two copper nails per slate.”

P231994/F: Permission was requested for a proposed erection of a single span portal steel framed building, to be used as a hay and implement storage building. The proposal’s location is at Pigeon House Farm, comments need to be submitted by August 3.
