MADAM, The amount of dog mess that is left around my estate, Verschoyle Gardens, is disgusting. The people who actually live here pick their dog's mess up. But a lot of people are bringing their dogs for walks in the early mornings and late at night who obviously aren't picking it up.
I have spoken to environmental health at Herefordshire Council and once they have names and addresses of these people an enforcement will be put in place.
My children play out the front of my house and are coming in with it on their clothes and shoes. It is dangerous to children and I have had enough. Pick it up, or take your dogs elsewhere, because if I see you, your name will be given to environmental health.
