Madam, On Saturday evening, accompanied by members of my family from South Wales and Berkshire, I attended a performance by the Ross Choristers in aid of the Ross Branch of the British Legion.

I am sure that the many people in attendance will agree that the concert, which was called 'A Night to Remember', certainly lived up to its name. It was enjoyable, informative, included participation from an enthusiastic audience and was also in support of such a worthwhile cause.

Could I commend the Ross Choristers for their excellent work (whilst allowing for bias, given that my wife is a member of the group!) They are a credit to the town.

Nigel Griffiths.
