HIGH winds which blasted Ross at the weekend are still causing havoc for residents of Oaklands Drive in Ross. A 80-100 foot high Wellingtonia tree has lost, by some estimates, nearly 70% of its foliage and is beginning to lean over forcing Herefordshire Council to close the drive and footpaths.
