Four of the staff at Chaseview Veterinary Surgery, Dawn Meadows, Rachel Harries, Caz Brown and Helen Bigmore, decided to do a 12000ft freefall parachute jump in order to raise money for the charities Help for Heroes and Pancreatic Cancer Research.
Despite the -23 degrees C temperature everyone managed to pluck up the courage to complete the jump, on Sunday, January 31st, and all landed safely. In total they have raised over £1500 and money is still coming in!
Lots of visitors to the surgery have very kindly donated money and the girls are very grateful to each and every one of them for their support.
If anyone would like to support either charity they can still donate money by sending money via Chaseview Vets.
Pictured with the girls is Kate Kerry who also completed the jump.
