The national Fire Kills theme for October is smoke alarm testing month so Hereford and Worcester Fire Service is asking people to post photos of themselves on social media testing their smoke alarms in their own fun, unique way.

Whether you push it with the end of a broom, use a huge foam finger or the end of a frying pan - HWFRS want to see your photos and get everyone testing their smoke alarms. Photos can be posted directly onto the HWFRS Facebook page or onto Twitter, using #SmokeAlarmSelfie.
