Dear Editor,

As many readers will already be aware, the new Action Bus arrived in town last Friday. It received a lovely welcome from all those who attended the presentation.

On behalf of Ross Action Committee, I should like to express our sincere thanks to all who have donated and supported our New Bus Appeal; organisations, trusts and very many individuals have been so kind and generous. A special thank you is accorded to the Ross Gazette, to Charlotte and her team who have given the appeal such a high profile from the outset, during ours, and the Gazette’s Anniversary year.

The Bus is paid for but any further donations will be a welcome bonus towards running costs. As I used to sing to my daughter, ‘The wheels on the bus go round and round, all day long.’ and that is thanks to generous donations.

Thanks to all who have made it possible for the Ross Action Bus.
