A 22 year-old-man was left with significant injuries after he was violently assaulted on Friday, December 5th at Ross Spur Services on the A449 Westbound at Ross-on-Wye.

The incident took place between 7:15pm and 7:20pm in the car parking area near the forecourt.The suspect is described as a white man believed to be in his mid 40's, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, bald with a goatee beard with a sleeve of tattoos on his right arm. He was wearing a black and blue polo shirt and dark trousers.

Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have been within the area around the time of this violent attack.
