A woman has been taken to hospital by Air Ambulance following a traffic collision at Pontshill today, Friday, December 6th.

HWFRS was called at 12.16 to the scene where two cars had been in collision. A spokesperson told the Ross Gazette that the female casualty was extricated using hydraulic eqiuipment and flown to hospital.

All three emergency services were at the scene including fire crews from Ross-on-Wye and Whitchurch.
