Two Herefordshire teenagers have pushed themselves to the limit to support disadvantaged and vulnerable people.
Ethan Chick, from Llangarron, near Ross-on-Wye, and Robert Sheen, from Rowlestone, have raised money for Bridges Centre in Monmouth.
The Monmouth School for Boys’ students are part of Hundred House which has amassed a total of £2,007.41 for Bridges Centre.
Supported by his family, Ethan raised £480 by completing a gruelling 1,500m swim, 40km bike ride and a 10km run.
And Robert Sheen raised £270 by tackling a 52km cycle of the four castles route, taking in Abergavenny (twice), White Castle, Skenfrith and Grosmont.
