GOODRICH 1st XI squeezed to a nail-biting three-run rain-hit win at home to Bibury 1sts on Saturday.
The hosts reached 211-7 off 37 overs, Jack Waldis firing 56 off 64 balls, including two sixes and eight fours, backed by Chris Tookey with 38, Harry Porter 25 and Harry Mutlow 19.
In reply, the Cotswold outfit were restricted to 198-7 off 37 overs chasing a revised target of 202, with Joe Provis and Matt Young taking two wickets apiece.
It was also close for the 2nds, who missed out by nine runs away to Redmarley 2nds after being set a target of 152-7 off 40 overs, Ralph Heaven-Richards taking two wickets.
Goodrich then reached 143 before losing their last wicket in the 38th over, Aaron Thornley scoring 47 and Adam Kibble 20.
The midweek Forest Hundred Bison side also had to give second best beside the River Wye, losing by four runs away to Tintern Monks as the balls were reduced to 50 a side.
Meanwhile, Ross CC suffered a tough week, starting with a rain-hit Forest Hundred away match where they were rolled over by 129 runs by Ruardean Hill, with the visitors reduced to 18-5 when the weather stopped play.
The visitors had reached 147-5 off their 100 balls, Mudassir Rasool taking two wickets, Jack Bowden one and two run outs accounting for the other victims.
But with conditions worsening, Ross were reduced to 7-4 and then 18-5 when rain stopped play, with Ruardean awarded the game.
Ross woes continued on Saturday, as they were all out for 77 in 29 overs at Moccas, Sachin Anil with 30 and skipper Jim Lewis with 12 the only scorers of note.
And the hosts eased to 78-1 in 28 overs to claim a nine-wicket win.
