HUNTLEY needed just 15 overs to secure a nine-wicket win against Rockhampton Thirds.
The result sees them open a 24-point gap at the top of Gloucestershire Cricket League Division 6A.
The visitors were put in and scored 115-8 off 25 overs.
Rockhampton were quickly in trouble as both openers went with five on the board.
Jason Saunders bowled Nigel Hopkins in the second and in the next Glyn Bayley caught Steve Pritchard off Charlie Gayther.
Alex Gray bowled Ryan New to make it 47-3 and Bayley bowled William Driver for 78-4.
Gayther caught Henry Winterton-Harrison off Wade Ridsdale for 88-5.
Gray claimed two wickets with consecutive balls in the 21st, bowling Max Johnson and catching Alex Knowles lbw to make it 96-7.
Bayley made it 106-8 when Jack Dent was caught by Jon Green and the innings closed at 115-8.
Rockhampton claimed the wicket of Huntly captain Gray with the final ball of the first over.
But that was the only wicket to fall as Gayther and Ridsdale saw the leaders home with a partnership of 112 after 15.1 overs.
Ridsdale hit 55 off 52 balls including eight fours while Gayther’s 53 came off 38 balls and including 10 boundaries.
In the only other Division 6A match to be played, third-placed Aston Ingham Seconds won by 20 runs at Apperley Seconds.
Aston were put into bat and made 216-6 off their 40 overs.
Their top scorer was David Skyrme with 48, including five fours while Clyde Breetzke was 38 not out including one four and a six.
Apperley were set a revised target of 178 from 30 overs.
Breetzke took three wickets which included two catches for Isaac Goulding and one for Jimmy Davies.
Goulding took two wickets including a catch for Dave Lacey as Apperley finished on 157-8.
