The culmination of the 2019 club championships and summer knockout competitions at Ross Golf Club was held on Sunday, September 8th in glorious late summer sunshine. 

The Ladies Club Championship was won by last year’s lady Captain Katie Stooke in a hard fought match against runner up Ruth Pimlow.

The whole day was a wonderful event with members coming up to the club to watch, support and admire the golf played by their fellow members.

The course was in superb condition and is a tribute to the greens staff who work tirelessly to keep it up to the high standard we all enjoy.

After a glorious day of golf, the worthy winners were awarded their prizes at the annual award ceremony.

Awards were also given to the winners of competitions played throughout the year. Lots of members and proud relatives came along to the ceremony to applaud the success of their fellow players. A fitting end to a great day and a successful season.
